Technion University Report Here is an Independant report by the Government Scientists of Israel which directly contradicts some of the American Environmental Protection Agency The (-the second report in this list) It reports significant improvements in fuel consumption with the correct use of the RAMJET device. EPA Emission Control Technology Report Here is an American Environmental Protection Agency report wich does not necessarily endorse the Ramjet as a "high performance" fuel economizer. In fact it presents a skeptical and biased viewpoint, however the report fails to include "patented device information" which proves the claims by the inventor. It does report "only very minor improvements" in fuel consumption with the correct use of the RAMJET device. We believe the consumer should be informed of all viewpoints expressed by competent authorities, and we are not afraid of such criticism, however biased as it may be. Willian Guentzler, Ph.D. San Diego University Report Here is a two page report wich explains how the Ramjet works as a high performance fuel economizer. This report ALSO contradicts the EPA report with respects to the performance and usefulness of the RAMJET. In fact, this report claims a 5 to 20% improvements in fuel consumption with the correct use of the RAMJET device. TWO OTHER REPORTS AVAILABLE UPON DEMAND, however these may not be downloaded at this time due to a personal request by the authorities who performed the tests. Skeptics may none-the-less request photocopies of these reports by asking for them in writting on agency or corporate letterhead along with an explanation regarding the ultimate use of the information requested.
